ARTICULO 25. Adecuación de la Estructura Interna y de la Planta de Personal. - La Junta Directiva de la entidad procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura interna y a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente decreto, dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la vigencia del mismo. La planta de personal que se adopte entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de su publicación.
