Las mercancías y demás elementos que sean decomisados en las circunstancias previstas en este decreto, serán puestos a órdenes de las autoridades competentes, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a su retención. Las armas, municiones y explosivos se entregaran al comando general de las fuerzas militares, desde su aprehensión. Las aeronaves, embarcaciones y vehículos terrestres se entregaran bajo custodia al comandante de brigada o fuerza naval o comando aereo, en cuya jurisdicción se realice la aprehensión, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a tal hecho.
