º. Supresión . A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto suprímase la Subdirección de Construcciones del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario "INPEC". Las funciones relacionadas con el diseño, construcción, reconstrucción y equipamiento de la infraestructura del sistema penitenciario y carcelario del orden nacional quedarán a cargo del Fondo de Infraestructura Carcelario "FIC", dependencia interna con autonomía administrativa y financiera de que trata el artículo 54 literal j de la Ley 489, que se crea en la estructura del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
