OTORGAMIENTO DE RUTAS DE CABOTAJE. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 152 del Decreto 2324 de 1984, para la adjudicación de rutas de cabotaje para el transporte de carga general o carga a granel que se proyecten servir con naves, cuyo tonelaje sea superior a 200 toneladas de arqueo bruto, la solicitud será presentada por conducto de una Capitanía de Puerto localizada dentro de la ruta objeto de la autorización y se seguirá el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 160 del Decreto 2324 de 1984, con las siguientes modificaciones

No se hará manifestación sobre reserva de carga.

Recibida la documentación, la Capitanía de Puerto la remitirá a la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria acompañada de su concepto sobre la necesidad y conveniencia del servicio solicitado.
