En los estatutos de toda asociación gremial agropecuaria deberá estipularse expresamente su objeto social. No puede constituir objeto social -principal de una asociación gremial agropecuaria, el desarrollo de actividades comerciales, ni desviarse en tal sentido su objeto principal.
