Declárase insubsistente el Decreto Legislativo número 50 de 1905, sobre autorización para nombrar Agentes Fiscales en el Exterior.

Parágrafo

En consecuencia, desde la fecha de la vigencia de esta Ley quedan suprimidas las Agencias Fiscales, y sus funciones serán desempeñadas por los Agentes Diplomáticos ó Consulares en los términos que determine la ley.
