El Presidente de la Corte Suprema propondrá las cuestiones que deben resolverse, y los votos se darán separadamente sobre cada punto. En caso de errónea aplicación de la pena, la Corte aplicará la que corresponda, de acuerdo con el veredicto del Consejo de Guerra.
