De conformidad con lo dispuesto por los artículos 24 y 29 de la Ley 1 a de 1945, el Ministerio de Guerra, a solicitud de la Dirección de la Escuela, expedirá a los Cadetes y Alféreces la libreta, de servicio militar, como reservistas de primera clase, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que se haga en la citada Ley.
