Artículo cuarto. El artículo séptimo del Decreto ejecutivo número 2655 de 8 de septiembre de 1954, quedará así: " Artículo séptimo. De la reunión de los Congresos y asambleas sindicales debe darse aviso al Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical al momento de la convocatoria, o por lo menos, con quince (15) días de anticipación a la fecha de la reunión, con indicación del temario, la fecha, hora y lugar de las sesiones, nombre, domicilio, personería de las organizaciones que van a participar y la lista de los afiliados activos que las integran, para efectos de la representación correspondiente".
