Las minas que no estén en explotación formal, a las cuales se refieren el Decreto número 223 de 1932 y las Leyes 54 de 1944 y 81 de 1946, sólo pagarán un impuesto simple, mientras dure la prórroga contemplada en la última de las disposiciones citadas.
