Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 60 de la presente ley, el Presidente de la República podrá autorizar a sus representantes o voceros, para adelantar contactos que permitan llegar a acuerdos humanitarios con los grupos armados organizados al margen de la ley.
