Asimilación de servicios . El Ministerio de Minas y Energía, podrá asimilar a los servicios enumerados en el artículo anterior otros que guarden especial relación o similitud con los mismos, de acuerdo con la tecnología especializada y exclusiva que se aplique en el sector de hidrocarburos.
