EL Gobierno procederá a mandar ejecutar en la Penitencia de Ibagué las siguientes obras:

Construcción de un brazo más para ampliar el edificio y terminación de la calle principal que ha de comunicar la Penitenciaria con la parte central de la ciudad. Para dar cumplimiento a esta disposición la parte central de la ciudad. Para dar cumplimiento a esta disposición destinase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000) que se distribuirán en la siguiente forma: para la construcción del brazo para ampliar el edificio, veintitrés mil pesos ($23.000ºº) y para la terminación del terraplén de la calle principal, siete mil pesos ($7.000.oo).
