Decreto 828 de 1908 · Por el cual se fija la cuantía de un sueldo

Artículo único. Fíjase en la suma de cien pesos ($100) mensuales el sueldo á que tiene derecho el Jefe de la Sección de Ingeniería creada por Decreto número 724 de 19 de Junio de 1907, sueldo sujeto á la deducción del quince por ciento (15 por 100) ordenada para todos los demás cargos oficiales, desde la fecha señalada en el Decreto respectivo.

Parágrafo

La partida necesaria para este gasto se tomará del saldo que arroje la suma votada para personal de este Ministerio, hecha la expresada deducción. Publíquese.
