º Prohíbese desde la fecha del presente Decreto la extracción del territorio de la República, sin previo permiso del Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, de objetos que por su carácter singular y reconocido valor científico, histórico ó artístico deban reposar en el Museo Nacional, á saber: none) Objetos raros de naturaleza mineral, como aerolitos y sus similares; b) Objeto de valor arqueológico ó histórico, ya sean de la época prehistórica ó de época posterior; y c) Pinturas origínales de artistas ya muertos.
