Art. 24. Al Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario se le reconoce su autonomía, bajo el patronato del Presidente de la República, o de quien haga sus veces en el ejercicio del Poder Ejecutivo. En consecuencia, seguirán rigiendo las Constituciones del fundador, con las adiciones que se hayan dictado o se dicten en lo sucesivo, con arreglo a lo previsto en las Constituciones mismas.
