De la incorporación. En caso de incorporación, la asociación o asociaciones incorporadas se disuelven sin liquidarse y su patrimonio se transfiere a la incorporante. Para la incorporación se requerirá la aprobación de las asambleas generales de la asociación o asociaciones incorporadas. La asociación incorporante aceptará la incorporación por decisión de la Asamblea General o de la junta directiva, según lo dispongan los estatutos.
