Los Comités a que se refiere el artículo anterior estarán conformados por las siguientes personas
Alcalde o Secretario de Gobierno del respectivo muni cipio;
Personero Municipal;
Gerente de la correspondiente oficina de la Caja Agraria. En los casos en que no opere oficina de la Caja Agraria en el municipio, hará sus veces un delegado del Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario respectivo.
