º . Tasa de desempleo de referencia . Para determinar la tasa de desempleo nacional en cumplimiento del inciso quinto del artículo 30 de la Ley 789 de 2002, se tomará la tasa nacional promedio del periodo comprendido entre el 1º de enero y el 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, certificada por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística - DANE, a más tardar en la segunda quincena del mes de enero de cada año.
