º Los formatos de las tarjetas de registro de nacimiento de que tota el artículo 18 del Decreto 1260 de 1970, deberán contener debidamente singularizados, los espacios y casillas necesarias no solo para la inscripción de los datos que componen el registro propiamente dicho, sino para la consignación voluntaria de los hechos y actos a que se refieren los artículos 10, 11 y :22 del Decreto 1260, modificados por el artículo 14 del Decreto 2158 del mismo año, de tal forma de facilitar que el registro de estos hechos y actos se cumpla de manera uniforme en todas las Notarías y Oficinas del Registro Civil.
