Adiciónase el artículo 25 del Decreto legislativo 3745 de 1982 con el siguiente inciso:

La sanción anterior no se aplicará a los predios rurales cuando el avalúo catastral de oficio de que trata el presente artículo, no exceda de $ 200. 000.

Artículo 5º Adiciónase el artículo 25 del Decreto legislativo 3745 de 1982 con el siguiente inciso:
