Antes de terminar la visita, los visitados harán todas las manifestaciones relacionadas con la marcha y trabajo de la oficina y, que juzgaren pertinentes. El Visitador hará las observaciones convenientes, anotará las deficiencias que observare o que se le hicieren presentes, aconsejará los medios para corregirlas, impondrá las sanciones que fueren del caso por las demoras o irregularidades que tuviere autoridad de penar, exculpará las faltas, demoras e irregularidades cuando las excusas que se le dieren fueren legalmente satisfactorias, y ordenará seguir la investigación de las irregularidades que él mismo no pudiere castigar.
