Cuando las personas jurídicas o personas naturales que prestan servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada con vigilantes o escoltas o supervisores debidamente acreditados que deban tener o portar armas de fuego, los presten sin que dichas personas hayan obtenido el certificado de aptitud psicofísica para el porte y tenencia de armas de fuego, serán sancionados con multa de cinco (5) a cien (100) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, la cual será impuesta por la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, la que además vigilará, controlará y adelantará las investigaciones administrativas.
