De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6º de la Ley 60 de 1993 y sus normas reglamentarias, en armonía con el artículo 2º del Decreto-ley 2277 de 1979 y con el artículo 50, de la Ley 115 de 1994, la respectiva entidad territorial deberá tener en cuenta en la organización de la planta de personal docente, la atención educativa de las personas adultas a través del servicio público educativo estatal.
