Devuélvase al señor Rafael Rivas la suma de cuatrocientos sesenta i dos pesos cuarenta i siete i medio centavos ($ 462-471/2) que fué obligado a reintegrar en el Tesoro nacional en virtud de las glosas que le hizo la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas a las que presentó correspondientes a los meses en que desempeñó la Tesorería jeneral de la Union en 1872.
