Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones pagará el ciento por ciento del déficit entre subsidios y contribuciones derivados de la expedición de la Ley 812 de 2003 en las siguientes tres (3) vigencias presupuestales a la aprobación de la Ley 1341 de 2009.
