Cesión . Toda cesión de los derechos otorgados a particulares por la concesión o licencia de los servicios postales, deberá ser previamente autorizada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Esta en ningún caso se producirá antes de transcurridos dos (2) años de su otorgamiento, y el cesionario deberá brindar las mismas condiciones y garantías de servicios del cedente.
