Las insignias o señales con que se marquen los ganados por sus dueños, deberán registrarse en la respectiva Alcaldía de cada Municipio o Inspección de Policía. Constituye presunción de propiedad este registro, mientras no se establezca el origen legítimo de adquisición por quien alegue nueva propiedad.
