Art. 2.° El Tribunal que debe servir dicho distrito se compondrá de dos ministros jueces, un fiscal, un Secretario, un oficial, un portero escribiente, i de los demas subalternos que tenga a bien establecer la Cámara de dicha provincia, como le es potestativo por el artículo 5.° de la lei citada.
