º. El aporte para explorar y explotar carbón se podrá hacer a la empresa Carbones de Colombia S. A. -Carbocol, o a otras empresas comerciales e industriales del Estado del orden nacional que por sus normas orgánicas y estatutarias estén autorizadas para dedicarse a tales trabajos de minería. El aporte se hará a solicitud de las entidades de que trata el inciso anterior.
