º. El pasivo para con el público de las Compañías de Financiamiento Comercial no podrá exceder de diez (10) veces el valor de su capital pagado y reservas patrimoniales, ambos saneados. Sobre los excesos de la relación prevista en este artículo, los infractores pagarán un interés del dos y medio porciento (2 1/2) mensual a favor del Tesoro Nacional, con sujeción a las liquidaciones mensuales que elabore el Superintendente Bancario.
