º . Otorgamiento de garantías . El otorgamiento de garantías para las obligaciones fiscales susceptibles de negociación en los términos del artículo 52 de la Ley 550 de 1999, queda sujeto a lo que se establezca de manera general en el respectivo acuerdo, y respecto a ellas no será aplicable lo dispuesto en el artículo 814 del Estatuto Tributario.
