Destitución por orden de autoridad competente. En los casos previstos en el artículo 29 del Decreto 2277 de 1979, la autoridad nominadora proferirá la providencia de destitución y la comunicará a la Junta de Escalafón para que proceda a decidir la exclusión del escalafón dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al recibo de la comunicación.
