Art. 70. Las multas que se cobren por fraude á la renta de licores, asi como el producto de remate de los efectos decomisados, se distribuirá por mitad entre el Fisco y el asentista respectivo. Cuando el fraude se haya descubierto en virtud de denuncia dado por un particular, tendrá éste derecho á la tercera parte del comiso.
