Los Directores Departamentales de Instrucción Pública señalarán cada año en el día en que deban reunirse en Asamblea en las capitales de los Departamentos los Inspectores Provinciales, los Profesores de los establecimientos oficiales o subvencionados de enseñanza secundaria y los demás institutores que quieran concurrir, previa invitación de aquellos funcionarios.
