SANCION POR DESAPARICION INJUSTIFICADA. Si el empleado apareciere en cualquier tiempo y no se encontrare justificada su desaparición, tanto él como los que hubieren recibido los salarios y prestaciones, tendrán la obligación solidaria de reintegrar al tesoro público la suma correspondiente, sin perjuicio de la acción penal o disciplinaria a que hubiere lugar.
