º. Definición. El Sistema Unico Nacional de Transporte, a que se refiere el presente decreto, es el conjunto de disposiciones que regulan la movilización en el territorio nacional de productos nacionales y extranjeros gravados con los impuestos al consumo o que sean objeto del monopolio rentístico de licores, y sus efectos fiscales.
