Art. 2.° Desde el 28 del presente mes de Febrero quedan suspendidas las emisiones de papel-moneda como recurso fiscal, y la Litografía Nacional no podrá funcionar sino para producir el papel sellado, las estampillas de Timbre nacional, y los trabajos litográficos contratados por los particulares.
