o . A los Oficiales y a los empleados del ramo de Guerra, que acompañen al señor Presidente de la República cuando salga de la ciudad, se les liquidará los auxilios diarios que contempla el artículo primero del presente Decreto, desde el día de salida hasta el de regreso.
