ARTICULO 10. El fondo dispondrá del término que al efecto se precise en los estatutos y reglamentos para decidir sobre el ingreso de un trabajador al fondo. Dicho término no podrá ser superior a dos meses, contados a partir de la fecha de presentación de la respectiva solicitud.
