RECONSTRUCCION DE EXPEDIENTES PERDIDOS O DESTRUIDOS. Establecida la pérdida o destrucción de un expediente en curso, el funcionario que estuviere conociendo de él, inmediatamente deberá practicar todas las diligencias necesarias para su reconstrucción. Las partes allegarán sin dilación las copias de las diligencias y providencias que tuvieren en su poder. De la misma manera, se solicitarán a las entidades oficiales a las que se les hubieren enviado. Con base en los datos obtenidos y de las copias del archivo del despacho, se practicarán las diligencias indispensables para su reconstrucción.
