Artículo segundo. Esta Ley entrará en vigor una vez cumplidos los requisitos establecidos por la Ley 7º. del 30 de noviembre de 1944, en relación con el Convenio que por la misma ley se aprueba.

Ley 43 de 1981 · por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio mediante el cual se regulan los aspectos administrativos y educativos de las Instituciones Culturales y Educativas de Colombia y España: Colegio Mayor 'Miguel Antonio Caro' y Centro Cultural y Educativo 'Reyes Católicos', suscrito entre Colombia y España el 31 de enero de 1980".
