º. Creación. Créase el Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior (INCOMEX) como establecimiento público, esto es, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente, para el cumplimiento de las funciones que adelante se determinarán, El domicilio del Instituto será la ciudad de Bogotá, pero podrá establecer dependencias en otros municipios del país o en el exterior. El Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior sustituye a la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior creada por el Decreto 1733 1964 y queda adscrito al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico.
