Destinación de la financiación . Los recursos de esta línea de redescuento se destinarán a financiar las inversiones que buscan mejorar la calidad educativa en instituciones de educación superior, públicas y privadas a nivel nacional, especialmente las relacionadas con

Construcción, rehabilitación, mantenimiento, mejoramiento, ampliación, interventoría, equipos y bienes requeridos para el desarrollo de la educación superior.

Procesos de formación a nivel de maestría o de doctorado de docentes, estrategias de permanencia de estudiantes y proyectos de investigación.
