Otras formas de cumplir con los tiempos mínimos de mando policial. A los Oficiales de la Policía Nacional se les abonará como tiempo de mando policial, para su ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior, el de su permanencia en cargos de mando orgánicamente asignados a Oficiales de mayor graduación, siempre que tales cargos estén dentro de los contemplados en este estatuto para el cumplimiento de este requisito.
