En cada capital de Departamento funcionara una Sociedad de Agricultores que tendrá a su cargo el mejoramiento y desarrollo de la agricultura.

Cada una de estas Sociedades se compondrá cuando menos de nueve miembros, funcionara ad honorem y gozara de un auxilio de mil doscientos pesos ($1.200) anuales.

Los miembros de estas Sociedades serán nombrados por Juntas de Agricultores previamente convocadas por el Gobernador del respectivo Departamento.
