Transporte masivo . Durante el estado de emergencia económica, social y ecológica y el aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, se permite operar el servicio público de transporte masivo. De acuerdo con el análisis de movilidad de cada autoridad municipal, distrital o metropolitana, la oferta habilitada no podrá exceder en ningún caso el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la oferta máxima que se tenga en cada sistema.
