La denominación animales de carne alimenticia que se emplea en esta Ley, se refiere exclusivamente al ganado vacuno, ovino, porcino y caprino; y la de productos alimenticios derivados de la carne, se refiere nada más que a los productos comestibles derivados, total o parcialmente, de dichas clases de ganados.
