Art. 4.° Las Oficinas ordenadoras de los gastos nacionales procederán, inmediatamente que reciban la presente liquidación, a abrir los libros de la cuenca respectiva, principiando por trasladar á ellos las partidas que hubieren sentado en el Registro auxiliar de que trata el decreto número 834 de 15 de Septiembre último, con las imputaciones que conforme á esta liquidación estén señaladas; y harán la legalización de los gastos que hubieren ordenado por anticipación, ciñendose en todo á esta lidación.
