° . Modifíquese el literal b. del artículo 2.31.4.3.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “b. Las tablas de mortalidad de rentistas y de inválidos expedidas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia las cuales deberán ser actualizadas periódicamente. Las entidades aseguradoras podrán incluir factores de ajuste a las tablas de mortalidad vigentes los cuales deberán estar justificados”.
